Best Practices

At Transparency Camp 2009 it became clear that there is a need for a repository of "best practices" documents. Gunnar Hellekson of Red Hat Josh Tauberer of GovTrack.us volunteered to coordinate the creation of a repository of these documents. We figure we'll be doing most of the writing, unless you help us out!

Here are documents that we feel have a need to be created. Please add to the list if you have other use cases in mind. If you're willing to help out with any, please note your name somewhere too and maybe drop Gunnar and Josh an email.
